Training Course "Arts: Language of Resilience", in Ommen, Netherlands

The training course "Arts: Language of Resilience", occurred in Ommen, Netherlands from the 14th until the 21st of November 2024. Below, a few of the participants talk about their experience there:

"Our participation in the training course was a wonderful experience! Apart from the natural side of beautiful Ommen in the Netherlands we spent 10 days with a truly talented team of participants and we came closer with each other so much that we still communicate.

At the training course we had the chance to understand the meaning of expressive arts and trauma and general methods based on expressive arts that help youth workers to handle  people with traumatic past. After the training course we were more familiar with techniques about self regulation, co-regulation, connecting with our inner child, self exploration and expressing our ideas and emotions.

It was undoubtedly an unforgettable experience for all of us!"
