Youth exchange "Project Health" in Greece, 5-12 July 2015

The youth exchange "PROJECT HEALTH" took place in the region of Epirus, in July 2015. The youth exchange lasted 8 days and 25 young people from Greece, Latvia, Romania, Italy and Lithuania participated in it. The project was co-financed by the European Union and implemented under the Erasmus + program.

This was the second youth exchange of  the Youth Center of Epirus dedicated to health and active lifestyle and as expected, it had a much greater impact on the participants than our first plan on the same subject.

During the project, we managed to play various sports games, talked about healthy living and healthy eating habits. The participants worked in groups and created 4 detailed ideas for mass health promotion events, which we hope will be implemented in the near future. Of course, the cultural activities were not forgotten and the participants had fun learning about Greek and other cultures and customs.
