Training Course "Mental Well-being in Youth Work" in Sardara, Italy

In the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, from 4 to 10 June 2024, the Training Course “Mental Well-being in Youth Work” took place in Sardara, Italy. During the training course, we had the opportunity to get in touch with the multifaceted issue called mental health. The training course focused mainly on young people and how good mental health can directly shape a healthy environment and a smooth daily life.

Through the training course we managed to get in touch with people from different countries, presenting different cultures, and we all worked together in different games and activities related to the above-mentioned topic. We participated daily in experiential workshops and games which aimed to show the importance of good mental health and also to bring us in touch with how the absence of it can manifest and affect the person and his/her environment. In addition, we learned about the activities of various youth centres across Europe on mental health awareness.
