In the Erasmus+ programme, the youth exchange "Tackling Discrimination: theatre for social change" took place in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia, from 5 to 12 June 2023, organised by Fundacja Edukacyjno-Europejska. The aim of the project was to study and explore the possibilities of inclusion through theatre. The participants of the project were from Ukraine, Italy, Armenia, Armenia, Georgia, Lithuania and Greece. A young Greek participant reports:
"A few weeks ago we returned from a wonderful trip to Armenia. We started the trip with eager anticipation and an appetite for new adventures. The youth exchange we participated in entitled Tackling Discrimination: Theatre for Social Change was a journey of knowledge, meeting people full of purpose, getting to know many cultures, and learning about the world.
During the project we were given the opportunity to approach the topic from different perspectives, to exchange views and experiences and we also filmed our own short sketches. We owe a big thank you to the Youth Center of Epirus for the opportunity it gave us. I hope more and more young people will try to take part in such projects because the benefits are multiple".
