Clemence and Mathilde

Clemence and Mathilde were French Civic Service volunteers at the Youth Center of Epirus for several months from 2017 to 2018, supported by the French organisation Eurasia Net in Marseille. Their main activities were providing recreational and non-formal educational activities for asylum seeker children aged 5-12 in Agia Eleni and Neochori accommodation facilities. The activities provided were of various types, such as sports games, crafting, painting, movie afternoons, and others. Apart from that, they organized cooking and patisserie workshops at the youth center with local young adults, presenting various recipes of French cuisine.
