Nina Ait an Georges Salla

Nina and Georges spent 3 months in Ioannina, Greece to do a voluntary mission in youth center of Epirus, It was the summer of 2016. 

Their mission was in connection with the refugee inflow in epirus region. Our organisation was the first organisation to support the new Doliana refugee camp and then we created a program with daily recreational activities for children. Nina and Georges did various sports activities like football, volleyball and simple ball games for the youngest children. They also took care of children doing crafting, painting and colouring, sometimes they played games, watched movies and did nail polishing and design activity with children and teenage girls. 

YCE supported some actions of Doctors Without Borders (MSF) where our volunteers did voluntary work like distributions of hygiene kits in 3 refugee camps of Epirus, colouring of doctor's offices at the refugee camp and building a huge doctor's tent for a refugee tent camp, the largest refugee camp of Epirus at that time.
